I’m a former nurse turned health strategist, a spiritual explorer, and a lifelong writer with ink-stained fingers and a phoenix heart. For years, I built systems and partnerships inside the corporate healthcare world, helping bridge the gap between data and people. But somewhere along the way, I realized I was being called back—to the page, to my voice, and to the deeper stories I’ve lived and witnessed.
This blog is where those stories live now.

Ashes2Ink was born from the quiet moments after the fire.
What began as a personal blog—a space to write through trauma, transformation, and the lens of neurodivergence—has become something more. This is a space shaped by a lifetime of reinvention: from military service to addiction recovery, from nursing to strategy consulting, from spiritual awakening to creative expression.
Every word here is drawn from lived experience. From masking and people-pleasing to pattern recognition and profound insight, the throughline is clear: nothing was ever wasted. Every version of me had something to teach the next.
